Yes. We welcome factory visits and video audits. Our factory is in Shenzhen, Guangdong — less than 1 hour from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. We can also arrange a live video walkthrough of the production lines before you visit.
Standard products can start from one reel or 50m. Custom PCB, color or logo usually starts from 100m–1000m. Samples are always available before bulk orders.
Samples: 3–7 days. Mass production: 10–25 days depending on quantity and customization, plus shipping time. We confirm a production schedule in the PI.
Yes. CE, RoHS and REACH are standard; UL/cUL, ETL, TUV and FCC are available on request. Certification copies and test reports are provided with every shipment.
