Customised Solutions for Neon Flex Strip Light
We offer customised solutions across a full range of LED neon strip series to meet project requirements, including 48V DC ultra-long-run neon, 3D-bend neon, 360-degree neon, IP68 full-silicone-extrusion neon, mini-cut neon, long-run neon, black-housing neon and pixel neon.
Our neon flex series is available in many cross-section sizes, including 20×20 mm, 16×16 mm, 13×13 mm, 12×12 mm, 10×10 mm, 8×8 mm, 6×6 mm, 5×3 mm, 5×5 mm, 2×6 mm and 4.5×4.5 mm. Refer to the specific model datasheet for exact dimensions and ratings.
Cut & Connect By Soldering for LED Neon Flex Strip
- Measure the strip length you need
- Find the cut point on the neon strip, then cut it
- Solder the connecting wires to the LED neon flex
- Fill glue into the end caps
- Light up the neon strip to test it
- Wait for the silicone to dry
