If you want the dot-free look of COB but your channel or PCB slot is only 10mm wide, this is the strip I'd reach for. It fits a standard 10mm footprint, packs 512 LEDs per meter, and draws just 14W/m on 24V DC, so you get a clean continuous line without the heat and power load of wider high-density boards. CRI is above 90, with 2700K, 4000K, and 6500K in stock.
A lot of slim COB strips either run too dim to be useful or push density so high they need big drivers and heatsinking. This one sits in the middle: 512 LEDs/m is enough density that the individual points blend into one line at normal viewing distance, while 14W/m keeps it easy to power and cool. Because it stays at 10mm, it drops straight into the aluminum profiles and connectors most projects already use.

At 10mm width and normal viewing distances (30cm or more behind a diffuser), yes — the points blend into a single line. For very close, bare-strip viewing you'd want a higher density board.
Yes, cut along the marked solder pads. Re-connect with 10mm COB connectors or solder leads directly to the pads.
At 14W/m an aluminum profile is recommended for long life, though it runs cool enough for short open-air runs without one.
Yes. As the manufacturer we support custom lengths, colour temperature, CRI, packaging and OEM labeling; send us your specification.
