This is the workhorse white SMD strip I recommend when fixtures need to be trimmed to odd lengths and the light still has to look clean. The 10mm board uses 2835 LEDs at 256/m, runs 15W/m on 24V DC, and is laid out for free cutting, with CRI above 90 and the usual 2700K–6500K range.
Standard 2835 strips only cut every 50mm (three LEDs at a time). When you're fitting many cabinets or shelves of slightly different sizes, that leaves awkward offcuts or dead tails. This board adds extra cut points, so each run can be matched to its cavity with minimal waste, and the 24V supply keeps the color consistent from one end to the other.

It provides cut points between the usual groups, so the minimum cut length is shorter and offcuts are reduced.
No — the board is routed so the extra cut points keep complete LED circuits; just stay on the marked lines.
At 15W/m behind a diffuser it gives comfortable counter-task levels; use a higher-density strip for un-diffused close work.
