Neon flex bends to a minimum radius of 25-50mm. Inside bends compress, outside bends stretch. Never make a sharp 90-degree bend in one go.

Bend Types and Minimum Radius
| Bend Type | Min Radius | How To |
|---|---|---|
| Inside bend | 25mm | Curve slowly, do not kink |
| Outside bend | 50mm | Stretch gently while bending |
| 90-degree corner | 50mm radius | Make a smooth curve, not a sharp angle |
| Straight cut | N/A | Cut at marked lines |

Frequently Asked Questions
Can neon flex be bent 90 degrees?
Yes, but as a smooth curve with 50mm radius, not a sharp angle. Sharp bends kink the PVC and break the internal wires.
