Arraystarled encountered an unusual request from Michael in Switzerland, who needed bare PCB DMX512 LED strips with an extraordinary 50mm width to create a dazzling, impact-resistant lighting world for his client. "These will be installed on both ceilings and floors, so they require an Extremely sturdy design," Michael emphasized.

After numerous tests and experiments, Arraystarled teams developed an innovative solution: they arranged five parallel 10mm-wide DMX512 LED strips, secured with genuine 3M adhesive inside custom acrylic channels. These specialized channel features 10mm-thick high-transparency acrylic in a vibrant saturated red, engineered to meet IK08 impact resistance standards for superior durability. The system is designed to be flush-mounted with the floor surface, seamlessly integrating with the ground while fully supporting foot traffic.

To avoid potential heat dissipation issues between the closely-packed strips, the team conducted extensive parameter testing and channel dimension modifications. These critical refinements delivered an optimal solution that earned unanimous acclaim from Michael's team and project stakeholders.
