Driver buzzing is usually from PWM dimming at audible frequencies (100-200Hz). Fix: use a higher-frequency dimmable driver (20kHz+).

Why Drivers Buzz
LED drivers use PWM (pulse width modulation) to dim. Cheap drivers PWM at 100-200Hz, which is audible. Quality drivers PWM at 20kHz+, which is inaudible.
Buzzing can also come from loose components vibrating at line frequency (100-120Hz). This is a manufacturing defect.
